While she like most people recover from exertion, <a href=\"https:\/\/mecfs-research.org\/en\/was-ist-me-cfs\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mecfs-research.org\/en\/was-ist-me-cfs\/\">this recovery process (among other things) is disrupted in those affected by ME\/CFS.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-x-large-font-size\"><blockquote><p>Health is an incredibly important foundation for me \u2013 and yet I take it for granted far too often.[\u2026]<br>I am grateful to be an ambassador for Empty Stands, to give this disease a little more visibility.
